Store extra honey syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
To make the honey water, combine Honey (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup) and stir until the honey has dissolved.
Step 2
Add Ice (as needed) to the glass to chill.
Step 3
To the shaker, add juice from Lemon (1) , 2 tsp Honey Water, Red Wine (2 fl oz) , The Bitter Truth® Pimento Dram Allspice Liqueur (0.5 fl oz) , PATRÓN® Citrónge Orange (0.5 fl oz) , and D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac (1 fl oz) .
Step 4
Add Ice (as needed) to the shaker. Close the lid and shake hard.
Step 5
Drain the melted water out of the chilled glass, then strain in the drink.
Step 6
Peel a strip of Orange (1) . Trim the edges and press 3-4 Whole Cloves (to taste) into the peel.
Step 7
Add some crushed Ice (as needed) on top of the drink. Garnish with Orange Peel, Cinnamon Sticks (to taste) , and Fresh Mint (to taste) .
