Cooking Instructions
1.
In a dry pan over medium-high heat, toast the pistachios for 4-5 minutes, until fragrant and beginning to brown.

In a food processor, add
Shelled Pistachios (1/2 cup)
and
Water (2 cups)
. Blend until combined.

Strain the pistachio water into a measuring cup. Add more water until you reach 2 cups.
4.
In a saucepan over medium-high warm-up pistachio water and
Granulated Sugar (2 cups)
until the sugar is dissolved.
5.
Once dissolved, remove from heat. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
6.
In a blender, blend
Avocado (1/4)
,
Fresh Basil Leaves (4)
, juice from
Lime (1/2)
, 1fl oz Pistachio Syrup,
Kombucha (2 fl oz)
,
PATRÓN® Silver Tequila (1.5 fl oz)
and
Ice (as needed)
.
7.
Pour the drink into a coupe glass. Garnish with
Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste)
and a sprinkle of
Paprika (to taste)
and serve.
