SAN JOSE, CA, NOVEMBER 17, 2022 - SideChef, the all-in-one cooking, grocery shopping, and meal planning app, introduces a new shoppable Recipe Clipper tool in its latest app update. Users* will have the ability to save any online recipe to a personalized recipe collection. SideChef will automatically identify and match ingredients, measurements, quantities, and products for shopping ease. Saved recipes are all made shoppable (meaning a single click adds all required ingredients to cart) with grocery fulfillment from Walmart. Any order above $35 and Walmart+ account holders will receive free delivery to door.

There are two ways of saving recipes:
Save from URL - Open SideChef tap the + in the navigation bar, choose Save Recipe From the Web, copy & paste the link into the input box, and the recipe is instantly saved.
Save from Clipboard - Copy a recipe link and switch back into the SideChef app. The app will automatically sense that a recipe link is in the clipboard, and prompt to save it.
(Coming Soon) Save from Mobile Browser - Instantly save a recipe from your mobile browser directly into your SideChef recipe folder by using the native sharing function.
Combined with SideChef’s Zero Waste Grocer capabilities, Recipe Clipper not only turns all recipes shoppable but also allows home cooks to track percentage of ingredients used and suggests additional recipes so that remaining ingredients aren’t forgotten in the fridge/pantry. Additionally, users can upload original recipes with the ‘Create Your Own’ feature for anyone to independently upload, shop, and share (publicly or privately).
The new Recipe Clipper tool is available on iOS and Android in SideChef version 5.19.
