Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
On a baking sheet, toss the Cherry Tomatoes (600 g) , Garlic (6 cloves) , Fresh Thyme (6 sprigs) with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed) . Season with Salt (to taste) and  Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Place Sourdough Bread (5 slices) alongside the tomatoes, allowing to soak up the excess olive oil.
Step 4
Roast until the tomatoes are beginning to burst and bread is toasted, approximately 30 minutes.
Step 5
Spread Ricotta Cheese (240 g) on toasted sourdough and top with tomatoes. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , if needed. Serve and enjoy!
