Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Soak the Cashew Nuts (60 g) into Lemon (1) overnight.
Step 2
Place the Silken Tofu (200 g) into cheesecloth and squeeze out all the water. Then put it in a blender or food processor together with the Honey (20 g) , cashew nuts, Lemon (1) , and Vanilla Extract (2 mL) .
Step 3
Blend on high speed until creamy.
Step 4
Move the cream into serving glasses and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours.
Step 5
Serve the pudding with Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste) and a slice of the lemon.
