Step 1
Using a double boiler, melt the
White Chocolate Chips (425 g)
,
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
,
Butter (45 g)
,
Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
.
Step 2
Right before the chocolate chips have completely melted, add the
Pistachios (60 g)
and
Edible Dried Rose Petals (3 g)
.
Step 3
Once the chocolate chips have melted completely, pour into a 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Top with additional pistachios, rose petals and salt if desired.
Step 4
Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours to set. Cut into squares and serve.
