Cooking Instructions

In a shaker, add
Fresh Strawberries (2)
and
Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz)
. Use a muddler to mash the strawberry just until the juices come out.

Measure
ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon (2 fl oz)
, 0.75 fl oz of
Lemon Juice (1)
, and
Angostura Bitters (2 dashes)
into the shaker.
3.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds.
4.
Fill the highball glass with
Ice (as needed)
.
5.
Double-strain the drink into the glass.
6.
Pour the
Ginger Beer (1.5 fl oz)
over the top.
7.
Garnish with
Ginger Candy (1)
and a
Fresh Strawberry (1)
. Serve.
