Step 1

Fill a coupe glass with Ice (as needed) . Use a bar spoon to stir. Set aside to chill.

Step 2

Measure BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fl oz) , MARTINI Bianco (0.8 fl oz) , the juice from Lemon (1) , Raspberry Syrup (1.3 fl oz) , and Egg White (1) in the shaker.

Step 3

Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds to froth up the egg white. Unseal the shaker and fill in the Ice (as needed) . Secure the top and shake until well chilled.

Step 4

Remove the ice from the coupe glass.

Step 5

Strain the drink into the glass.

Step 6

Garnish with Fresh Raspberries (3) in a cocktail pick. Serve.
