Place Earl Grey Tea Leaves (2 Tbsp) in the base of a french press. Fill the french press with BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1 1/2 cups). Pump the lid up and down a few times, then allow to infuse for 6 hours, up to overnight.

Fill a teacup with Ice (as needed).
step 3
Measure 1.5 fl oz of Earl Grey Infused Gin into the teacup filled with ice.
step 4
Top with Tonic Water (to taste).
step 5
Serve with Lemon Wedges (to taste).
