Step 1
Measure MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter (0.5 fl oz) , BACARDÍ® Dark Rum (1.5 fl oz) , Pineapple Juice (1.5 fl oz) , juice from Lime (1) , and Demerara Sugar (3 tsp) into a shaker.
Step 2
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed) , and secure the top. Shake until well-chilled.
Step 3
Fill the rocks glass with Ice (as needed) , and strain the drink into the glass over the ice.
Step 4
Garnish with Pineapple leaves and a wedge (1) . Serve.
