Cooking Instructions

Add the 4 wedges of
Lime (1/2)
, 10
Fresh Cilantro Leaves (1 bunch)
, and
Granulated Sugar (2 tsp)
into the highball glass.

Muddle just enough to dissolve the sugar and release the flavor of the Cilantro.

Add the
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (1.5 fl oz)
.

To make crushed ice, fill a heavy-duty plastic bag halfway with ice. You can also use a towel and fold over the ice. Crush using a muddler, a rolling pin, or another heavy object.

Fill the glass halfway with the crushed ice, then stir to chill. Add more ice to fill and top with
Ginger Beer (to taste)

Garnish with Cilantro leaves and serve!
