Cooking Instructions

In a large mixing bowl with the
Heavy Cream (1 cup)
, add in
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 Tbsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (5 drops)
. Use a hand mixer to whip the cold heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
2.
Prepare the coffee by pouring
Water (1 1/2 cups)
over
Ground Coffee (2 Tbsp)
in a french press. Let it sit for two minutes, then press the top down.
3.
Add prepared coffee to an Irish Coffee mug and fill ¾ of the way. Measure in the
Teeling Small Batch Whiskey (1.5 fl oz)
.
4.
Fill the rest of the cup with the vanilla cream topping.
5.
Place a
Cinnamon Stick (1)
over the cream and serve. Cheers!
