Step 1

On the pie crust, sprinkle the gruyere cheese.

Then sprinkle the bacon.

Then pour in the eggs/cream mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven, and let it sit on the counter until completely cool, then serve.
