Cooking Instructions

Add
Ice (as needed)
to a martini glass. Use a bar spoon to stir. Set aside to chill.

Add
Fresh Mint Leaves (4)
, then measure
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fl oz)

Simple Syrup (1 fl oz)
, and 1 fl oz of
Lime Juice (1)
into the shaker.
3.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds.
4.
Remove the ice from the martini glass.
5.
Double-strain the drink into the glass.
6.
Clap the
Fresh Mint (1 sprig)
to release its fragrance. Garnish the glass with mint sprig. Serve.
