Cooking Instructions
1.
Make the Chili syrup: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat simmer
Water (1 cup)

Add in
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
and
Red Chili Peppers (2)
and continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
3.
Prepare the glass. Rub the
Lime Wedge (1)
on the rim of half the glass. Roll the rim of the glass in a tray containing about 1-2 tsp of
Fine Ground Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (as needed)
.
4.
Fill the martini glass carefully with
Ice (as needed)
to chill. Set aside.
5.
Place
Cherry Tomatoes (6)
into the shaker and muddle to release their juice.
6.
Using a jigger, measure
Grapefruit Juice (1.5 fl oz)
, 0.5 fl oz chili syrup, and
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1.5 fl oz)
into the shaker.
7.
Add the
Ice (as needed)
to the shaker, secure the top, and shake well.
8.
Remove the ice from the martini glass. Strain the liquid into the chilled glass.
9.
Serve immediately garnished with a
Cherry Tomato (1)
