Coconut Liqueur

Pineapple Juice

Granulated Sugar

Thai Spiced Vodka

1 bottle
(750 mL)
GREY GOOSE® Vodka
•
9 pieces
Lemongrass , chopped

Small Red Chili Pepper
Garnish

Curry Powder

Red Chili Peppers

Cooking Instructions

1. 
In a blender, add the Lemongrass (9 pieces) , Kaffir Lime Leaves (6) , and Red Chili Pepper (1/2) . Cover with a GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1 bottle) and blend.
2. 
Strain the vodka into a clean container.
3. 
Into a shaker measure Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , juice from Lime (1/2) , Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz) , Coconut Liqueur (0.5 fl oz) , and 45 ml of the Thai Spiced Grey Goose.
4. 
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed) . Secure top and shake well.
5. 
Strain the liquid into a martini glass.
6. 
Garnish with Red Chili Peppers (to taste) and a Kaffir Lime Leaves (to taste) then top with Curry Powder (to taste) .

Author's Notes

Store extra vodka in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a year.
