Step 1
Combine
All-Purpose Flour (125 g)

Vegetable Shortening (70 g)
in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients, adding

as needed until ingredients come together into a dough.
Step 2
Turn dough out onto floured surface. Roll out to 1/4 in thickness.
Step 3
Use flower cookie cutter to cut out flowers. Press flowers into greased muffin tin cups.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together
Eggs (2)

Milk (240 mL)

Shredded Cheese (20 g)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Spoon filling into the flower cups.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.
