Step 1
In a bowl, mix together
Brown Sugar (80 g)

Granulated Sugar (60 g)

Butter (60 g)

Vanilla Extract (5 mL)

Milk (45 mL)

All-Purpose Flour (125 g)

Mini Chocolate Chips (175 g)

Step 2
Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls.
Step 3
Melt
Chocolate Chips (505 g)
by heating in a microwave oven for 30 seconds and stirring. Repeat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Step 4
Roll dough balls in chocolate until completely covered. Place truffles on foil or wax paper to set. Truffles are ready when the chocolate has hardened.
