Step 1
Start by mixing together
Butter (180 g)

Then mix in
Buttermilk (120 mL)

Water (30 mL)
on low. Pour into greased bread pan.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine
Granulated Sugar (50 g)

Ground Cinnamon (1 g)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (as needed)
,
Ground Ginger (to taste)
and
Ground Cloves (to taste)
for topping.
Step 4
Spread the topping over the bread, and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
