Step 1
Start by creaming
Brown Sugar (145 g)

Butter (120 g)
. Add
Egg (1)

Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
and beat well.

Add
All-Purpose Flour (165 g)

Baking Soda (2 g)
, and
Salt (2 g)
. Mix together.
Step 3
Spread 2/3 of the dough into a 9x9 inch greased baking dish.
Step 4
In the microwave, melt
Chocolate Chips (250 g)
by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring. When chips are melted, add
Sweetened Condensed Milk (200 g)
.
Step 5
Pour mixture over dough in baking dish. Top with remaining dough. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.
