Step 1
Grease a deep frying pan or wok with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) . Chop Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2) into cubes, then cook with McCormick® Garlic Powder (6 g) , Ground Cumin (2 g) , Seasoned Salt (5 g) , and Ground Black Pepper (2 g) until chicken is white all through.
Step 2
Add Mixed Vegetables (150 g) and saute. Add the cooked White Rice (185 g) and mix well with vegetables and chicken.
Step 3
In a small container, beat the Egg (1) then add to rice, vegetables and chicken. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook. Remove from heat and add Soy Sauce (to taste) . Serve warm and enjoy!
