Step 1
Mix
Brown Sugar (55 g)
,
Soy Sauce (60 mL)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (6 g)
and
Ground Black Pepper (2 g)
together in a plastic bag to make chicken marinade.
Step 2
Chop
Chicken Breasts (2)
and add to chicken marinade bag, making sure chicken is coated in chicken marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Step 3
Mix
Distilled White Vinegar (60 mL)
,
Olive Oil (30 mL)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (6 g)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
and
Seasoned Salt (5 g)
in a separate plastic bag to make vegetable marinade.
Step 4
Chop your choice of
Mixed Vegetables (450 g)
into large chunks and add to vegetable marinade bag, making sure vegetables are coated in marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Step 5
Create kebabs by skewering meat and vegetables.
Step 6
Grill until internal temperature of meat is 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) or higher, or bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until meat is fully cooked.
Step 7
Serve over rice and enjoy!
