Cooking Instructions

Step 1
For dough, combine Whole Wheat Flour (180 g) , Granulated Sugar (4 g) , Salt (5 g) , and Instant Dry Yeast (as needed) .
Step 2
Add Olive Oil (8 mL) , and then add Water (160 mL) , a little at a time so that the dough holds, until soft dough forms. Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 3 days.
Step 3
Remove from refrigerator and let sit for 15 minutes. Roll out on a piece of parchment paper or baking sheet.
Step 4
For sauce, whisk together Tomato Sauce (225 g) , Granulated Sugar (4 g) , Garlic (1 clove) , Salt (2 g) , Ground Black Pepper (as needed) , and Italian Seasoning (1 g) together in a bowl. Spread sauce on pizza.
Step 5
Add Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) , Onions (to taste) , Green Bell Peppers (to taste) , Roma Tomatoes (to taste) and Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste) to top the pizza.
Step 6
Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes on a heated stone or baking sheet. Enjoy!
