In a stand mixer combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Milk (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Vegetable Shortening (1/4 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch). Mix on low until all incorporated and dough forms. Scrape sides of bowl as needed.
