Mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup) into a bowl.
Add the Coconut Butter (1/4 cup) and Water (1/4 cup). If you need to soften the coconut butter, place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then add to the bowl.
Mix everything well and add the Vegan Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup). Continue to mix until you have a standard cookie dough.
Use an ice cream scoop to take perfect cookie portions from your dough. This should produce about 5 medium sized cookies.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Place the cookie dough in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once finished, transfer them onto a plate. Serve and enjoy!
