Step 1
Mix
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)

Baking Powder (1 tsp)

Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
, and
Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup)
into a bowl.

Add the
Coconut Butter (1/4 cup)
and
Water (1/4 cup)
. If you need to soften the coconut butter, place it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then add to the bowl.
Step 3
Mix everything well and add the
Vegan Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
. Continue to mix until you have a standard cookie dough.
Step 4
Use an ice cream scoop to take perfect cookie portions from your dough. This should produce about 5 medium sized cookies.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 6
Place the cookie dough in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7
Once finished, transfer them onto a plate. Serve and enjoy!
