Author's Notes

If your dates are too dry, soak them in hot water for 2 minutes to re-hydrate. The water level should be just enough to cover the dates.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Fill a saucepan 1/4 of the way up with hot water and place the bowl with Sweet Potato (200 gram) the middle. Cover with the lid and steam until the sweet potato is fully cooked.
Step 2
Turn off heat and check if there is any water inside the bowl, if yes empty it out.
