Author's Notes

Use natural food colourings to jazz up this recipe for any holiday or occasion! Just add these natural ingredients ¼ tsp at a time until desired colour is reached. Green: liquid chlorophyl or spirulin powder Pink: beet juice Yellow: turmeric powder Purple: blueberry juice

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat Vegan Butter (1/2 cup) until light and fluffy.
Step 2
On low, add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cup), ½ cup at a time, beating between additions to avoid sugar from dusting all over the counter.
