Step 1
In a large bowl, add Kale (1 bunch) to Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and massage for about 2 minutes. This helps the kale to breakdown and makes it easily digestible.
Step 2
Add a few tablespoons of the Vegan Caesar Dressing (to taste) to the kale, mix until all the kale is coated, adding more dressing to taste.
