This vegan Caesar salad is a healthy twist on the original salad. It's much heartier than traditional recipe, but still garlicky, briny, and even cheesy. It's ready in just a few minutes and is really easy to make. Tastes AMAZING, too.

Kale , torn
1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice
to taste
Vegan Caesar Dressing
1 Tbsp
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
1
sliced into wedges
1 Tbsp
Hemp Seeds
to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
(optional)

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, add Kale (1 bunch) to Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and massage for about 2 minutes. This helps the kale to breakdown and makes it easily digestible.
Step 2
Add a few tablespoons of the Vegan Caesar Dressing (to taste) to the kale, mix until all the kale is coated, adding more dressing to taste.
Step 3
Place in portioned bowls, sprinkle with Vegan Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp) and top with Large Coconut Flakes (1 Tbsp) and a sprinkle of Hemp Seeds (1 Tbsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Serve with wedge of Lemon (1) .
