In a large bowl, add
Kale (1 bunch)
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
and massage for about 2 minutes. This helps the kale to breakdown and makes it easily digestible.
Add a few tablespoons of the
Vegan Caesar Dressing (to taste)
to the kale, mix until all the kale is coated, adding more dressing to taste.
Place in portioned bowls, sprinkle with
Vegan Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp)
and top with
Large Coconut Flakes (1 Tbsp)
and a sprinkle of
Hemp Seeds (1 Tbsp)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Serve with wedge of
