Cooking Instructions

Mix
Almond Flour (1 1/3 cups)
,
Tapioca Starch (1/4 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1 pinch)
,
Vanilla Bean Pods (1/4 tsp)
together.

Separate the
Large Eggs (2)
, egg yolks and whites.
3.
Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Add
Honey (2 Tbsp)
. Add
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and whisk until soft peaks are formed. Set aside.
4.
Add egg yolks,
Coconut Butter (1 tsp)
, and
Cashew Milk (1/3 cup)
into dry ingredients and whisk it together. Gently fold in the egg white mixture.
5.
Grease the waffle machine with
Coconut Butter (to taste)
and add about 1-2 tablespoons of batter to the machine. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter.
6.
Serve right away with your favorite topping.
