Add Raw Almonds (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup) to the bowl of a food processor, process 10 to 20 seconds or until a course flour forms.
Add Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon), Prunes (7 ounce), Dates (1/4 cup), Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup), then process another 20 seconds or until a sticky dough forms.
Remove the blade and add Mini Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup), stir with spatula or wooden spoon. You can also use your hands to help mix the chocolate chips if needed.
Roll the dough into 30 small balls, about 1-inch each and place in the refrigerator 15-20 minutes to harden. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
