Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Mix Pepper Jack Cheese (8 ounce), Sour Cream (2 cup), Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can), Cumin Seeds (1 teaspoon), Green Chili Pepper (1 can), Salt and Pepper (to taste) together. Set aside 1 1/2 cup of mixture.
Combine Chicken Breast (3) and remaining sauce mixture.
Spray 9 x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Layer bottom of dish with Small Corn Tortilla (6)
Add half of chicken mixture over the tortillas.
Layer Small Corn Tortilla (6) over the chicken mixture.
Add remaining chicken mixture over corn tortillas.
Add last layer of Small Corn Tortilla (6).
Spread remaining sauce mixture over the corn tortillas.
Completely cover with Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce).
Bake 40 to 45 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
Serve with favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, olives, onions, and tomatoes.
