Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the Cucumber (1/2).
2.
Place cucumber in a small bowl and cover with Gin (2 fl oz) for one hour.
3.
Remove the cucumbers and pour the infused gin over Ice (to taste) in a shaker. Add Cointreau (0.5 fl oz) then stir with a bar spoon. I like the citrusy Cointreau with the fresh cucumber gin but feel free to use the traditional dry vermouth!
4.
Finely slice the Thai Chili Pepper (1) and place at the bottom of a chilled martini glass.
5.
Strain cocktail into the martini glass, garnish with cucumber, and sip!
