Cooking Instructions

Add the Sea Salt (2 tsp) to the Greek Yogurt (2 cups) and mix well.

Pour the yogurt onto a muslin cloth that has been previously placed over a colander or sieve and over a bowl.
3.
Close the muslin cloth by wrapping together the ends of the cloth to avoid a skin forming on the cheese. Place the bowl in the fridge over night or for 24 hours.
4.
After removing from the fridge, serve immediately with your favorite accompaniment.
