Combine Almond Milk (1 cup), Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Powder (1 scoop), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp), Stevia (1 pckg), Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) in a glass measuring cup

Whisk vigorously until completely combined and no clumps remain. You can use a blender if you prefer.

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Then blend in a blender with as much additional Almond Milk (4 Tbsp) as needed to make that lovely ice cream texture.
4.
Scoop it out and serve.
