Easy Roasted Salted Green Peas

I opted for coconut oil to enhance the peas inherent sweetness and just a little sea salt for flavor. However, you could definitely add other seasonings to suit your taste preferences or to change things up! With 3 grams fiber and 4 grams protein, they're a great healthy snack!

2 teaspoon melted Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Sea Salt

STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees F).
STEP 2
Spread Frozen Green Peas (16 ounce) in single layer on large baking dish and thoroughly blot with clean paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
STEP 3
Add thawed and dried peas to a large bowl, then drizzle with Coconut Oil (2 teaspoon). Sprinkle with Sea Salt (1 teaspoon) and toss to coat, then spread back out in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
STEP 4
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
STEP 5
Stir, then reduce temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy to your preference. Check every so often to make sure they don't burn.
STEP 6
Serve and enjoy!
