My whole family loves to drink soy milk. Additive-free soy milk is great for health. It's delicious and nutritious, and all you need is a blender.

Cooking Instructions

Soak the
Soybeans (1/2 cup)
overnight to soften.

Drain the soaked soy beans and add it into a blender. Add in
Water (3 cups)
and blend well.

Strain using a strainer, and make sure to squeeze out as much liquid as you can.

Pour the leftover soy pulp back into the blender. Add
Water (2 1/2 cups)
and blend well. For a lighter taste, use 3 cups instead.

Strain using a strainer, squeezing out as much liquid as you can.

In a pot, add in raw mixture and
Granulated Sugar (3 Tbsp)
, turn the heat to medium high, let it boil for about 5-8 minutes. Stir continuously so that the bottom won't get burnt.
7.
Skim off the foam on top.

Shut off the heat and strain the mixture again. And now it's done! Chill in the fridge if you want.
Author's Notes
To have gain-free soy milk, it is best to use a strainer and a cheesecloth if you have one.
