Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large pot over medium heat, add Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). When the oil is hot, add the Oxtails (4 lb) and brown. Once browned, fill the pot with enough Water (to taste) to cover meat, and bring to a boil.
2.
With a ladle, carefully skim off the scum. Add the Beef Bouillon Cubes (3), Garlic (2 cloves), and Fresh Ginger (1/2 in).
3.
Finally, add in the Raw Peanuts (2 1/3 cups), then let simmer for 3 hours. If you want to add some vegetables, add them 10-15 minutes before you are ready to serve to the soup.
4.
Remove from heat, and serve with White Rice (to taste). Enjoy!
