Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) or line with an oversized piece of parchment paper to lift blondies out of the pan after cooling.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Butter (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (sponsored) (1), egg yolk, and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp).

Stir in the Almond Flour (1 1/3 cups), Salt (as needed), Baking Soda (as needed), and half the Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup). Sprinkle Walnuts (4 Tbsp) on top.

Spread in the prepared pan and sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips and/or nuts. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
Author's Notes
Yields 9 servings.
Replace the butter with melted vegan butter or use coconut oil. If using plant-based butter, decrease the amount of salt to 1/4 tsp. For the chocolate chips, use dairy-free baking chips, such as Enjoy Life brand.
For keto blondies, replace all the sugar with keto brown sugar or substitute coconut sugar for paleo blondies.
