Cooking Instructions
1.
Blend Silken Tofu (5.5 oz), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp), Natural Sweetener (1 oz) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) together until smooth.
2.
Pour the mousse into a nice dessert cup and layer them with some Digestive Biscuits (to taste).
3.
Place into the fridge to chill.
4.
Dust with some extra cocoa powder and garnish with some Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste) when serving.
