Ingredients

5.5 oz
Silken Tofu
•
1 Tbsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
•
2 1/3 Tbsp
Natural Sweetener
 or Granulated Sugar
•
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
•
to taste
Crushed Digestive Biscuits
•
to taste
Fresh Mixed Berries

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Blend Silken Tofu (5.5 oz) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp) , Natural Sweetener (1 oz) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) together until smooth.
2. 
Pour the mousse into a nice dessert cup and layer them with some Digestive Biscuits (to taste) .
3. 
Place into the fridge to chill.
4. 
Dust with some extra cocoa powder and garnish with some Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste) when serving.
