Cooking Instructions
1.
Prepare a pellet smoker for indirect smoking at 275 degrees F (140 degrees C).
2.
Remove Ham (8 lb) from packaging and place on the smoker for 2 hours.
3.
Brush Pure Maple Syrup (1/2 cup) over the ham and dust with Maple Sugar (2 Tbsp).
4.
Glaze ham for 30 minutes. Once done, the internal temperature should be 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
5.
Carve ham away from the bone and serve. Enjoy!
