Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
In a food processor, place the
Sweet Potato Purée (3 1/2 cups)
Butter (1/2 stick)
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
Heavy Cream (3/4 cup)
Large Eggs (4)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Allspice (1 tsp)
Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Purée until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Mini Marshmallows (2 1/2 cups)
evenly on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
Serve it as a side dish.
