Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

In a food processor, place the Sweet Potato Purée (3 1/2 cups), Butter (1/2 stick), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Heavy Cream (3/4 cup), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4), Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Allspice (1 tsp), and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp). Purée until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle Mini Marshmallows (2 1/2 cups) evenly on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
