Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the zest and juice of the Lime Zest (4) , Honey (1/4 cup) , Garlic (4 cloves) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , and Paprika (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Coat the Chicken (3 lb) evenly in the marinade.
Step 4
Place on a rimmed baking sheet for 25 minutes until cooked through. Make sure the chicken reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) on a meat thermometer or until the juices run clear from the thigh.
Step 5
Serve with Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) on top.
