Charoset is the sign of the Passover Seder. An easy combination of fresh apples, nuts, spices, and wine. Adding a granny smith apple gives an extra tartness to balance the sweetness from the honey, wine, and cinnamon, while walnuts add a variation in texture. A crunchy, sweet, and refreshing dish that can be enjoyed all year long.
