Cut a slit on each
Medjool Dates (20)
lengthwise and remove the pit.
Fill about 1 tsp of
Crunchy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
in each date, then stuff 2
in the middle. Close the dates, and set them aside.
Dark Chocolate (3/4 cup)
Coconut Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring in between and until smooth.
Place dates in the melted chocolate and use a spoon to help coat the date. Use a fork to scoop out and place the chocolate-covered date on a parchment paper-lined tray.
Almonds (1/4 cup)
Sea Salt Flakes (1 Tbsp)
Place into the freezer for about 10 minutes and let the chocolate set. Serve once the chocolate has set.
