Cooking Instructions
1.
Juice the Lemon (1) to get 0.5 fluid ounce of lemon juice. Optain a lemon peel, with a sharp knife cut between the lemon peel and white membrane of the lemon, making sure you get as little of the white membrane as possible.
2.
Combine lemon juice, Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz), and Gin (1 fl oz) over ice in a shaker. Stir vigorously.
3.
Pour into champagne glass.
4.
Top with Champagne (to taste) and garnish with lemon peel.
