Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large pan add
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
and
Jasmine Rice (1 1/2 cups)
. Stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes
Step 2
Once rice starts toasting add
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Limes (2)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp)
and stir well.
Step 3
Next, add
Salt (3/4 tsp)
and stir.
Step 4
Turn the heat up to medium-high and add the
Vegetable Stock (1 cup)
and
Water (2 cups)
. Bring up to a boil.
Step 5
Place the lid on, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
After the rice is about 90 percent cooked, turn of the heat and let it continue to cook with the lid on for another 10 minutes
Step 7
Using a fork, fluff up the rice. Add the
Lime Juice (2 Tbsp)
and the
Fresh Cilantro (1 cup)
. Mix well, serve and enjoy!
