I designed this recipe so that these truffles taste like whiskey soaked gingerbread. They are decadent, and will just melt in your mouth.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Finely grind the Ginger Cookies (2 cups).

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the ground ginger cookies, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp), Templeton® Rye Whiskey (4 Tbsp),Butter (2 Tbsp), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
3.
When the dough is fully mixed and slightly sticky, roll into balls. Place balls on a tray and sift additional Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) over the balls.
4.
Chill one hour before serving. Enjoy!
