I love sprinkling this gronola over my yogurt. It adds a nice crunch and a little bit of sweetness. If you like eating granola as a cereal, then I would add 1/4 cup chopped, dried fruit and then double or triple the recipe. I suggest making only what you will eat because it only last about 2 weeks.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and arrange a rack in the middle. Place Honey (1 tbsp), Vegetable Oil (1 tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) in a small bowl, and stir to combine. Pour over the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) and mix until coated.

Sprinkle the oats with Brown Sugar (1 tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/8 tsp). Stir to combine. Make sure oats are coated evenly.

Spread mixture in a thin, even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then sitr.

Bake until light golden brown, 5-15 minutes more.

Let cool for 20 minutes, and then store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
