Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, combine Oat Flour (1 cup), Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup), and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp). Stir to combine.

Add Eggland's Best Organic Eggs (Brown) (2) and Coconut Oil (1/3 cup). Mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough forms.
4.
Grease and flour a pie crust pan. Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a thick circle and lay it inside the pie pan. Spread the Sunflower Seed Butter (3 Tbsp) and Orange Marmalade (3 Tbsp) over top.
5.
Roll the remaining 1/3 of dough into finger-thick ropes. Lay them across the filling crosswise. Fold in the edges.
6.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
7.
Remove pie from the oven and let it cool down completely before removing it from the pan.
8.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
