Cooking Instructions
1.
Stir Water (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/4 tsp), and Active Dry Yeast (1 pckg) together.

Add Milk (3/4 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Bread Flour (1 cup), beat till smooth.
3.
Add Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups).
4.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
5.
Spray two pie pans with cooking spray and dust with Cornmeal (to taste).
6.
Divide dough and place in pie pans, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
7.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden.
8.
Cool for 1 hour, then slice and serve however you want!
